So it’s happening again!
This spring I will be hosting a to-die-for lunch in Abruzzo! Join me for a Farm-to-Table cooking experience at Case Catalano Abbateggio, together we will prepare a delicious meal focusing on Abruzzese culinary culture.
The cooking class will be held in English and Italian, we’ll cook a a three course farm lunch based on local produce and crafts ingredients, obviously paired with good wine. I’ll bring all of the equipment and ingredients and teach you the basics of the Italian kitchen.
After the cooking class, we’ll sit down together and enjoy the fabulous dishes in our special country location.
